Evolve Security Team

From Humble Beginnings to a Legacy of Intelligent Protection

Evolve Security was built on a simple belief that security systems should be smarter, more integrated, and genuinely supportive of the people it protects. What began as a small operation focused on quality installations has grown into one of South East Queensland’s most trusted providers of electronic security, data infrastructure, electrical systems, and smart automation.

Founded by Eli Ho with deep hands-on experience, Evolve Security was created to challenge the way traditional security companies operate. Instead of offering one-size-fits-all products, Evolve Security focused on delivering end-to-end security solutions designed to reduce risk, improve efficiency, and adapt as our clients’ needs change.

Since our first few projects, Evolve Security have now completed thousands of security system installations across residential, commercial, government, and industrial sectors. These installations range from multi-story developments to enterprise-grade infrastructure. Evolve Security’s commitment to precision, reliability, and long-term partnerships has earned us the trust of clients across Queensland and Northern NSW.

Since our inception, Evolve Security have expanded not just in size, but in capability. Today, the Evolve Security team includes certified security technicians, licensed electricians, and security system designers who work together to deliver intelligent, future-ready security solutions. With the introduction of our Concierge Service and 24/7 monitoring, we’re proud to offer complete lifecycle support, from consultation and design through to daily security system management.

At Evolve Security, we’re not here to follow the industry, we’re here to lead it. Evolve Security strive to grow through innovation, partnerships, and a relentless focus on protecting what matters most.

Certified Partnerships. Proven Delivery. Future-Focused.

At Evolve Security, our security system installation is backed by working directly with the industry’s leading product partners to ensure every solution is delivered to the highest standard. Through formal certifications, factory training, and close supplier relationships, the Evolve Security team is equipped to deliver compliant, high-performance security and technology solutions, backed by full manufacturer support.

Our technicians are fully certified in the systems we install and undergo regular training to stay up to date with the latest advancements in CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms, automation, and data infrastructure. This ensures every installation, upgrade, and service call is completed with deep product knowledge and the technical confidence your business deserves.

Evolve Security are heavily invested in the future of the security industry, committed to actively training and mentoring the next generation of security technicians. We accomplish this through apprenticeships, internal development programs, and hands-on experience in real-world environments. It’s part of our mission to raise the standard of professionalism across the industry while building a stronger, more capable team.

When you work with Evolve Security, you’re not just getting proven products, you’re getting a certified, future-ready team that’s trained, supported, and committed to long-term excellence.
